Ah, the sounds of summer: the umpire yelling “Play Ball”, the ball smacking into a mitt, the vendor shouting his spiel...
Baseball! You've just got to love it. Well here is your chance to hang with your radio club peeps and enjoy an evening of America’s pastime right here in Tacoma.
Please join us Thursday July 24th at 7:05 to see the Rainiers play the Round Rock Express.
Two ticket choices are available:
- $18.83 option - gets you a reserved seat in the D section on the 3rd base side and a classic ballpark meal
- $30.41 option - as above but also includes a stylish Tacoma Rainiers cap
Since this is the digital age, be aware of the following:
- You must use a smart phone to display your ticket(s) at the stadium on game day. While you can use a computer to make the purchase, you will probably want to store the ticket(s) in your phone's digital wallet, so it may be most convenient to use your phone to make the purchase as well.
- You will need a Ticketmaster account. If you do not already have one, there is a point in the process where this account will be created using the same email address you specify at payment time. If you already have a Ticketmaster account, specify the email address associated with that account when you pay for your tickets.
Here's the link to purchase tickets, and here are the steps to follow:
1. Tap the link above. The "Radio Club of Tacoma" event page is displayed.
2. Tap "Get Tickets". A list of available sections is displayed. The only choice is section D.
3. Tap "Section: D". A list of available rows is displayed.

12. Tap "Order information" to see your confirmation.
Ignore the button that invites you to create a FEVO account. You do not need a FEVO account.
13. Using your smart phone, check your email for a message with the subject "Radio Club of Tacoma - Order Confirmation". Be sure to preserve this email until after the game.
14. Open the email, then tap "Access Tickets Online". Your browser will display the Tacoma Rainiers website.

17. Otherwise you must create a Ticketmaster account using the email address you specified during the purchase -- tap "Sign up" and follow the prompts.
18. Once you are signed in to TicketMaster, scroll down to the "Tacoma vs. Round Rock Express" event and tap "View Event Details". A list of your Tickets will be displayed.
19. Tap on the ticket you wish to see or use. A ticket image, with bar code, is displayed. Other tickets you may have purchased can also be displayed by swiping right or left.
20. You may wish to add your ticket(s) to your digital wallet, from where you can retrieve them on game day when you enter the stadium. To do this, tap the button that offers this step. Each ticket must be added individually.
If you don't want to use a digital wallet, on game day you will need to repeat steps 13 thru 19 above to display the ticket at the gate.
